By default, Ozdec does not collect or store the content of your email messages, whether incoming or outgoing.
Some information—such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address and/or browser and device characteristics—is collected automatically when you visit our Services. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Services, as well as for internal analytics and reporting purposes.
We utilize third-party AI technology in addition to ours to power Ozdec's intelligent features. These features are specifically designed to enhance your communication experience through our Services. Additionally, they ensure that your information is used solely for the purpose of delivering and improving our Service, maintaining a focus on privacy and functionality.
Your data including that from Google services such as Google Workspace APIs, is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized/non-personalized AI and/or ML models. We have zero data retention with our AI as well as third party AI wherein customer API input data is not stored on servers. We use your email content only to generate the AI response and therafter immediately delete it, i.e. we will not store email content data, other than as described in this Privacy Policy. In case of third party AI, the input data is deleted once a response is generated and sent back to us

At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognising and implementing DNT signals has been finalised.
